For certified courses where the certification is provided by an external entity like scrum alliance, scaled agile, sense & respond or kanban university, your details will be shared with the respective external entities for certification purposes.

All certification bodies have their own data privacy policies. We strongly recommend you to read the data privacy policy of the respective certification bodies before registering with us. 

By registering to our online / offline event(s), webinar(s) or sessions, you allow us to use the session audio, video & pictures (including repurpose contents) for informational and marketing purposes. The audio, video & images will be owned by us in perpetuity.

We may occasionally share our upcoming offering with an option to unsubscribe. 

Sharing your Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or with your consent.  However, it must be noted that we run our training sessions & certification courses with our marketing partners and marketing partners as well as other participants of the session will get your details during the session. 

In case you don't want your data to be kept by our marketing partners as well as other participants, you need to explicitly request the same to the marketing partners and individual participants.
